Corporate Ownership
United Pacific has the benefit of owners and management with a vested interest in the local business community. Our shareholders are both long time residents in Guam and have established reputations in the community. The owners, equally vested, are Michael J. Berman and Manu P. Melwani. A brief summary of their background is provided:
Michael J. Berman
His practice of law places emphasis on commercial transactions, real estate, foreclosure, general litigation and collections.
Manu P. Melwani
Mr. Melwani is a successful businessman in the community, who credits his success on providing superior service to his customers in each of his endeavors. Currently, Mr. Melwani is President and owner of Pacific American Title Insurance & Escrow Company, Rainbow Paint Supplies and Frazee Paints .
